What changes
One admin panel, not separate teacher accounts
Once a pilot has proven itself, different questions arise than in the classroom: who manages accounts and quotas, how do rubrics stay consistent across parallel classes, and how do you bill once for an entire department.
The School plan gives you a school-wide admin panel with an overview per department and per teacher, unlimited teachers on one subscription, and volume pricing that scales with the whole school.

How schools get started
One teacher, one exam — then the rest
Our recommendation: let one motivated teacher test GraidLens on one exam, without needing prior sign-off from a department or school leadership.
Dedicated onboarding for the first departments that switch over makes sure rubrics and settings are consistent from day one — school-wide rollout is a later, separate decision that builds on those results.

Data protection
Data processing agreement, available by default
A school-wide rollout calls for a data processing agreement and an overview of every sub-processor GraidLens uses — both available by default, independent of this plan.
Stored data is kept on EU servers and no model is trained on student data unless a teacher opts in themselves. SLAs and custom integrations are available for schools that want to connect to existing systems.
