Questions teachers ask before they start
Does GraidLens work with handwritten answers?
Yes. GraidLens uses vision AI trained on handwritten text across all supported European languages. It handles the same messy handwriting that your students produce — not just printed text.
Who can see student data?
Only you, the teacher who uploaded the scans. Student data is stored on EU servers and never shared with other teachers or institutions. No model is trained on it unless you opt in — and even then only your transcription corrections are kept, never student names or answers.
Can I override the AI's scores?
Always. GraidLens provides a suggested score and feedback for every answer. You review each one and can adjust anything before scores are finalised.
What subjects does GraidLens support?
Any subject with written answers — mathematics, languages, history, sciences, economics, and more. You upload your own rubric, so GraidLens grades against your specific marking criteria.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
